§ 01

AFA Complete Primary Adaptive Digital Curriculum.

$2,260 per student per year — payable in ten monthly installments of $226. A digital curriculum subscription for students in Kindergarten through Grade 2. See full tuition details.

Primary instruction is developmentally appropriate and introduces students to academic skills through storytelling, modeling, discovery, memory work, guided practice, creative activities, and meaningful interaction with a parent or responsible adult. The curriculum emphasizes wonder, Christian virtue, prayer, relationships, and a lifelong love of learning.

Bible instruction follows the theme God at Work in His People. Across the Primary sequence, students encounter the biblical narrative from Creation and the early covenants through the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ and the beginning of the early Church.

Language arts follows a systematic phonics-based progression integrating reading, spelling, grammar, handwriting, and composition. Kindergarten students develop phonological awareness and manuscript handwriting; first graders expand phonics, fluency, grammar, and sentence writing; and second graders study advanced phonograms and morphology, write organized paragraphs, and receive formal cursive instruction.

Mathematics develops number sense, mental math, computation, problem-solving, patterns, geometry, measurement, time, money, and data. Science is presented through hands-on, inquiry-based studies that may include land animals, human anatomy, flying creatures, aquatic animals, astronomy, and botany. History and geography introduce America’s story, the fifty states, physical geography, important historical figures, civic memory, and patriotic texts. Students in Grades 1 and 2 also receive Pre-Latin instruction through songs, games, vocabulary, and Latin roots.
