AFA's college track is built for the student headed to a four-year university. The work is rigorous, the writing is real, the thinking is sharp. We do not water down the curriculum. We do not skip the hard books. The student who graduates from AFA's college track is the kind of student that admissions officers read about — and want.
What College Track Includes
- Honors-level and AP-equivalent work across the humanities and sciences
- Dual enrollment with partner universities for college credit while still in high school
- A senior thesis: a 30–50 page original work on a topic of the student's choice, defended orally
- College counseling and application support starting in 10th grade
What We Refuse To Do
We will not produce students who can pass a test but cannot defend a conviction. We will not produce students who can write an essay but cannot pray. We will not produce students who get into a good school but lose their soul once they get there. The college track is rigorous because we want our graduates to thrive academically. The college track is faithful because we want our graduates to thrive eternally.
